OpenX Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Hires as Programmatic Adoption Accelerates
Global Leader in Web and Mobile Advertising Hires Digital Advertising Veterans to Further Propel Company Momentum
NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES, October 23, 2014 OpenX Technologies, Inc. (OpenX), a global leader in web and mobile advertising technology, today announced the appointment of Scott Braley as senior vice president of Demand and Julie Van Ullen as senior director of Publisher Business Development. These executive additions will play a critical role in the development of OpenX as the Company continues to scale in support of increased interest in and demand for its programmatic solutions and full-stack platform, which features one of the largest and most open RTB-powered exchanges in the world.

Scott Braley, Senior Vice President of Demand
Braley brings 16 years of ad tech sales leadership to the OpenX Demand team. Before joining OpenX, Braley ran the U.S. Sales and Global Agency team for Facebook’s Atlas division, where he oversaw all U.S. new business and account management functions. Previously, Scott held various global and regional sales leadership roles for the Atlas division at Microsoft and aQuantive. Prior to his 10-year tenure at Atlas, Braley held various sales and account management roles at Bluestreak, AdKnowledge, and TBS Media Management. He is based in the OpenX New York office.
Julie Van Ullen, Senior Director of Publisher Business Development
A veteran of the IAB, Van Ullen worked in various roles at the industry’s leading advocacy organization beginning in 2006. Most recently, Van Ullen served as vice president of Member Services and was responsible for developing a portfolio of opportunities and initiatives to maximize partnerships and keep members engaged. She also oversaw the portfolio of the IAB’s distinguished Committees and Councils, charged with putting industry best practices and thought leadership into the marketplace. In addition, Van Ullen launched and shepherded marketplace adoption of key initiatives in Native, Programmatic, Digital Video/NewFronts, AdvancedTV, Digital Audio, and Digital Out of Home. She is based in the OpenX New York office.
