Julie Rooney is the Chief Privacy Officer and Deputy General Counsel at OpenX, leading the company’s efforts to navigate global privacy regulations and maintain industry leadership in data privacy and compliance. With extensive expertise in complex regulatory frameworks, she ensures OpenX continues to drive privacy-first solutions that enable smarter, more effective advertiser, publisher, and ultimately consumer connections.

Before joining OpenX, Julie was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and a B.A. from Denison University.
