Andrew Goode

SVP, Strategy

As SVP, Strategy of OpenX, Andrew Goode defines the company’s long-term strategy and partners with the commercial and product organizations to execute on our vision. He excels at anticipating market trends and translating customer needs into product capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and partners. He brings a deep passion for new technologies and education, with a particular focus on ways AI can be leveraged to strengthen market trust, improve decision-making, and deliver value for both buyers and sellers.

Prior to OpenX, Andrew spent more than eight years at Havas Media Group, including as EVP and Managing Director of Investment for North America, where he oversaw programmatic, search, and social delivery and helped architect early SPO standards at the holding-company level across industries like healthcare, financial services, CPG, and FBR. Earlier, he co-founded and served as COO of ad verification firm Project Sunblock.

Andrew also serves on the IAB Programmatic Governance Council, advancing industry standards for transparency and auction integrity.
