AI Redefines Advertising Value and Attention
Speaking at ATS Tokyo 2025, during a panel discussion titled “AI Opens Up the Future of Advertising,” Keisuke Meguro, Country Manager at OpenX, described the cutting edge of AI utilization from a tech vendor’s perspective. OpenX has been supporting media monetization in the Japanese market for over 10 years, and explained that their current focus is “scoring media value with AI.” Specifically, by setting quality indicators for each site, application, and ad space and scoring them with AI, they are focusing on providing advertisers with a visualization of “which inventory is high-quality media and why.”
