2019 Holiday Shopping Report
In collaboration with The Harris Poll, OpenX conducted a nationwide study looking at consumer shopping ahead of the 2019 holiday season. For the first time in an OpenX/Harris Poll report, a majority of holiday shoppers plan to spend more on digital channels, as opposed to in store. The research also highlights the important role millennials will play this holiday season.
