Shannon Slamon is the VP of Global HR at OpenX, where she oversees teams focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, career development, total rewards, employee experience, and more. Prior to OpenX, Shannon was VP of People at Sharethrough. Before that, she served as Head of People Strategy at Castlight Health, where she established and grew the HR function and helped to take the company public. She is also currently an Advisory Board Member of Strive Benefits, an app that helps employees track their healthcare.
Shannon is a member of the California Bar Association and holds a JD from the Golden Gate University School of Law, as well as a BA from San Jose State University.
