Jeanne Leasure

VP, Global People and Culture

Jeanne Leasure is the VP, Global People and Culture at OpenX, and is responsible for leading teams in talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, career growth, DE&I, total rewards, and employee experience.

Prior to joining OpenX Leasure served as VP, Talent Management at Magnite, and Chief People Officer at SpotX, Jeanne is dedicated to developing and executing talent strategy that supports the growth and success of the business. She works cross-functionally to build purpose-driven organizational cultures where employees thrive and others wish they worked there.

She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a BA from the University of Michigan, and is based in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys time with her family, cooking, gardening, and, cross-country skiing.
