Some plugins come bundled and pre-enabled within your OpenX installation. These are:
openxBannerTypes: this plugin increases the number of available banner types, adding Generic HTML banners (html) and OpenX Generic Text banners (text) to the available options on the Add new banner page. 
openxDeliveryLimitations: this plugin provides client/site/time delivery limitation options in the Banner > Delivery Options tab. When disabled this dropdown is empty. 
openx3rdPartyServers: when enabled 3rd party clicktracking support will be offered for numerous 3rd party ad severs on the Add new banner page, and both Rich Media - Doubleclick and Rich Media - OpenX in the Zones > Invocation Code tab. When disabled these options will not be provided. 
openxReports: this plugin offers the list of Standard Reports that appears on the Statistics > Advanced Reports page. When disabled this page is empty. 
openxDeliveryCacheStore: with this plugin enabled the administrator has the option in Global Settings > Banner Delivery Settings to choose between File based or memcached caching of banners. If disabled no options will be shown (and the banner delivery cache will be file based). 
openxMaxMindGeoIP: if this plugin is disabled then the OpenX MaxMind (Flat file) option will no longer feature in the Global Settings > Geotargeting Settings page. 
openxInvocationTags: when enabled the user is provided with options in the Websites > Invocation Code and Zones > Invocation Code tabs. When disabled these tabs contain no options. 
openxDeliveryLog: this plugin provides data for buckets logging, as well as logging impressions and clicks by country. (For more information on buckets click here.) 
openXMarket: this plugin enables users to make ad inventory from individual campaigns available to OpenX Market, where advertisers bid competitively for ad impressions.
